2014 REV GCS125

Description

The GCS 125 is a heavy duty, high production mobile jaw crusher, with continuous and homogeneous feeding provided by the apron feeder and vibrating scalper, this feed system is particularly suitable for raw materials with high fine content or dampness. The drive to the crusher is through a fluid coupling which absorbs the

variable loading associated with crushing process. The hydrostatic transmission is powered by load-sensing pumps. The drive system entails the use of ultrasound sensors integrated within the parameters of the diesel engine through the PLC, thus allowing optimized production and lower fuel consumption.

Fuel savings due to being able to reduce the engine size to a Cat C9 Acert, this is obtained by using a fluid coupling drive and a larger fly wheel.

Capacity to handle oversize rock and produce higher production and more consistent product size due to only having a 17mm jaw action.

The ability to change the toggle setting from the standard CSS 60-200mm to produce finished product size of 350 to 400mm.
