Description

One (1) New PMI Portable HP3 Cone Plant

One (1) Process Machinery, Inc. Dual-Axle Undercarriage and Chassis as Follows:

- Two (2) axles including rims, tires, and tri-axle leaf suspension

- Brakes, lights and DOT striping for highway travel

- Complete hydraulic system:

- Hydraulic power pack

- Hydraulic leveling jacks are included sith shims, piping and valves - "PMI Heavy Duty" run on style jacks, no blocking or stiff legs of jacks

- Portable undercarriage is constructed of wide flange beam members

- Under crusher chute is fabricated of mild steel plate with AR400 liners

- Access platforms with ladder

36" x 26' On-Board Cone Discharge Conveyor as Follows:

- One (1) Dodge size 4207, 20 HP, 1750 RPM, 250 C-face gear motor: Designed to convey 550 TPH @ 315 FPM

- Internal backstop

- Channel type conveyor frame

- 14" diameter drive pulley equipped with 1/2" diamond lagging and mounted with 1045 T.G. steel shafting material

and Dodge Imperial E bearings and includes a Martin QC #1 primary belt cleaner

- PMI screw type take-up - 12" travel

- 14" diameter winged tail pulley mounted with 1045 T.G. steel shafting material and Dodge Imperial E bearings

- One (1) skirted and rubber flashed receiving point equipped with two (2) CEMA C 5" 20-degree troughing impact

idlers and impact bed

- CEMA C 5" 20-degree troughing idlers and CEMA C 5" return idlers

- Fenner Dunlop 330 PIW belting with 3/16" top cover and 1/16" bottom cover and mechanical belt splice

- Conveyor discharge chute

- All MSHA required drive, nip, and return idler guards - guards to be painted safety yellow

Skid mounted electrical control panel including:

- Start up alarm will be installed on cabinet.

- Install three NEMA size-2 starters for conveyors and one 400hp Weg VFD for cone crusher.

- Interlock all starters for crushing system.

- System will be ground tested per MSHA specifications

- All starters and controls will be in 72”x 60’ panel mounted on machine with 800-amp main breaker.

- All cables will be 600-volt rated power cord 150’ long with Meltrik pin and sleeve plugs.

- All pushbutton controls will be on cabinet and lighted to operate machine.

- Install one main E-STOP on front of panel and two remote buttons to mount on plant that will shut entire plant

down.

- Install one-hour meter to keep track of how long plant has run.

- Install one key switch on panel for control of panel and two remote e-stops on portable screen.
