KPI PIONEER 5260 SINGLE ROTOR HORIZONTAL SHAFT IMPACTOR INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

CRUSHER HOUSING ASSEMBLY - welded steel plate with abrasion resistant liners, side inspection doors and hydraulic activated rear access door.

PRIMARY AND SECONDARY APRONS – fabricated with replaceable wear liners and hydraulic adjustment with HMI panel, including 50’ (15m) of cable, for adjustment control. LESS POWER PACK. (NOTE: Lower apron will be set at 1 1/2” (37mm) and the upper apron will be set at 3” (75mm) unless otherwise noted.)

ROTOR - removable blow bars, shaft with spherical roller bearings and rotor sheave. 3 bar MPR

PAINT – Two-part urethane primer, two-part urethane topcoat – Factory standard color(s).

NOTE - Set up for standard drive arrangement of left hand side when looking with flow of material unless otherwise noted.

INCLUDED OPTIONS:

Hydraulic Power Pack for crusher lid and apron adjust; includes 2 HP (1.5kW), 460V/60 Hz motor, pump, hydraulic valve and plumbing, less starter and wiring
