KPI PIONEER 3055 JAW CRUSHER INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

Overhead eccentric type with spherical roller bearings, single side plate welded steel base with replaceable jaw die retention lips; heavy duty Pioneer style flywheels, hydraulic wedge type adjust with auto tension, with 2 HP (1.5kW) 460 volt electric / hydraulic power pack (less starter and wiring). (NOTE: Set jaw crusher close side setting at 4” (100mm) peak to peak unless otherwise noted. Set up for standard drive arrangement of right hand side when looking with flow of material unless otherwise noted.)

Manganese steel jaws with wedge holding system and AR steel side wear plates

Barrel protector plate, replaceable jaw die retention lips on pitman (Flange mounted Bearings)
