• Horizontal feeder maximizes the overall production through the efficient removal of fines from the feed material.

• The scalper is equipped with 2 grizzly sections.

1st grizzly- Grizzly spacing 52 mm (2")

2nd grizzly- ZigZag 38 mm (1½")

• Lower grizzly

Screen deck media- Steel cloth 35 mm (1 3/8")

• Screen media to separate fines from feed and guide them to side conveyor.

• Screen mesh is mounted under the grizzlies.

Feed hopper- Extended 9 m³ (12 yd³)

• Side walls are folded down for the transport.

• Feed hopper side walls are hydraulic operated and locked.

• No tools required for set up.

• Increases the volume of the standard feed hopper.

• Enables the loading of the Lokotrack LT1213S either with an excavator or wheel loader and is made of wear resistant steel.

Side conveyor- Included (H5-4)

• Belt conveyor for transporting the fine material to the side of the Lokotrack.

• The side conveyor is equipped with hydraulic drive and stop buttons both sides of the conveyor.

• The folding and lengthening of side conveyor are hydraulic.

Setting adjustment- Hydraulic assistance

• The single acting cylinder relieves the setting nuts from the breaker plates weight and allow the operator to screw or unscrew easily.

• A hydraulic power unit is used to open the frame and assist the breaker plate setting.

Main Conveyor

Main conveyor- Standard with pan feeder

• Belt conveyor for transporting the crushed material from the crusher to the discharge point.

• The conveyor is equipped with discharge hood, hydraulic drive and emergency stop wires on both sides of the conveyor.

Magnetic separator- Preparation

• Permanent magnet to remove the iron waste from the crushed material.

• Provision for the mounting of a magnetic separator above the main conveyor

Screening Unit

Screening unit- Included

• Horizontal single deck, single shaft screen. Steel wire and rubber screen clothes available.

• Screen module DS16-36 with H12-7 conveyor

• Secondary unit material level will control the feeding of primary unit.
