Description

Engine – CAT C13 440 HP Tier IV, 1800 RPM, fuel tank

Control System – Radio remote/tether

Impactor – 2500 Vertical shaft includes replaceable alloy liners to protect tube, pedestal, and lid feed box with externally adjustable feed tube, hinged access doors in lid. Heavy-duty taper roller bearing pedestal assembly with lubrication system with lube pump, oil alarm system with warning horn and vibration monitor.

Track Undercarriage – track width 600 mm (23.6”)

Belt Feeder – 42” belt feeder with impact bed and hopper

Under Crusher Conveyor – 1200 mm (approx. 48”) x 40’ hydraulic drive conveyor with 440 PIW single ply ¼” x 1/8” grade 1 belting, easily removable for maintenance

Dust Suppression System with manifold for customer water source

Hydraulics – includes hydrostatic pump group and circuit, one (1) 12 GPM auxiliary circuit for side delivery conveyor (less side delivery conveyor), one (1) 20 GPM auxiliary circuit.
