CONTROL SYSTEM – radio remote / tether

IMPACTOR – 4240 horizontal shaft with heavy-duty solid rotor assembly, variable

speed hydraulic crusher drive and 3 bar rotor with 3 reversible and replaceable

blow bars, fully lined primary and secondary aprons, hydraulic adjustment of

aprons and hydraulic actuated hood. (NOTE: Lower apron will be set at 1 1/2”

and the upper apron will be set at 3” unless otherwise noted.)

TRACK UNDERCARRIAGE – track width 400 mm (15.7”)

FEEDER – 40” x 14’, grizzly fingers 1” nominal spacing, loading hopper with

fixed walls, three way by-pass chute with flop gate and AR liner

UNDER CRUSHER CONVEYOR – 900 mm (approx. 36”) hydraulic drive conveyor with 360 PIW, 2 ply endless belting; easily removed for maintenance

VIBRATOR SCREEN – 5’ x 10’ Two Deck – 2 bearing with mounting, hydraulic drive

and less screen cloth

UNDER SCREEN CONVEYOR –1200 mm (approx. 48”) endless belt and drive

CROSS OVER CONVEYOR – One (1) 600 mm (approx. 24”) with endless belt and drive

RETURN CONVEYOR – 450 mm (approx. 18”) with endless belt, drive and 2 sided rock

box hopper (lower for travel)

DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM with manifold for customer water source

HYDRAULICS – includes hydrostatic pump group and circuit, one (1) 12 GPM

auxiliary circuit for side delivery conveyor (less side delivery conveyor), one

(1) 20 GPM auxiliary circuit, and hydraulics for magnet (less magnet)

PAINT - Two part urethane primer, two part urethane topcoat – Factory standard

color(s).
