Crusher:

Feeder:

• 54” x 20’ Grizzly Feeder

• Hopper constructed of 3/4” AR steel

• Protective rubber curtain guards on both sides of feeder in loading areas

Extended Rear Discharge Conveyor:

• 60” Under crusher conveyor Extended (discharges over axles)

• 3-ply belt with vulcanized splice

• V-belt drive.

• CEMA "C" 5" diameter troughing idlers. Rubber disc return idlers.

• Impact bed – Superior MD Impact bed under crusher receiving hopper

Chassis:

• Four axle (Split Tandem) chassis constructed of heavy duty wide flange beam

• Air Ride Suspension

• Heavy duty 25,000lb suspension w/ (16) 11R x 22.5 radial tires

• Brake Package – air brakes, emergency valve and plumbing

• Light Package – brake and directional signals

• Grizzly by pass chute from 1/4" A36 plate and 1/4" AR steel liners

• 24” reversible cross conveyor w/ Dodge gearbox, 7.5 hp, CEMA C idlers, and 2-ply belt with vulcanized splice for Grizzly By Pass

• Crusher discharge chute out of mild steel with AR liners

• Crusher feed box out of ¾” Mild Steel with 1/2” AR400 liners

• Lower operators platform and upper operators platform

• Upper and lower access platforms with diamond plated catwalk, access ladder and railing

• Bulkhead on one side of the plant

NEMA Switch Gear - Soft-start with a shorting contactor, branch breaker and lockout for a 200hp motor. Variable Speed drive, branch breaker and lockout for the feeder motor. Main breaker with a handle through the door. Control transformer with fusing. Reversing starter for 24” cross conveyor. (2) extra #2 starters for off plant conveyors. 100’ of lead cord to go to the power source
