Horizontal feeder maximizes the overall production through the efficient removal of fines from thefeed material.

Side walls are folded down for the transport. Feed hopper side walls are hydraulic operated and locked. No tools required for set up.

Increases the volume of the standard feed hopper. Enables the loading of the Loko-track LT1213 either with an excavator or wheel loader and is made of wear resistant steel.

Side conveyor Included (H5-4)

Belt conveyor for transporting the fine material to the side of the Lokotrack. The side conveyor isequipped with hydraulic drive and stop buttons both sides of the conveyor. The folding andlengthening of side conveyor is hydraulic.

Setting adjustment Hydraulic assistance

The single acting cylinder relieves the setting nuts from the breaker plates weight and allow the operator to screw or unscrew easily. A hydraulic power unit is used to open the frame and assist the breaker plate setting.

Lifting device for changing the crusher wear parts. Transported separately in one piece.

Interlocking Included

With Lokotrack interlocking solution operators crushing and screening process can be adjusted as Lokotrack automation systems are connected. Primary units feeder automatically slows down, pauses or stops if secondary units crushing or screening process is either paused or stopped.

Lokotrack is equipped with interlocking readiness and interlocking cable is delivered loose together with the unit. Operator plugs cable between Lokotrack units at the site.

Hydraulic power take off Included

For connecting the auxiliary hydraulic equipment to the hydraulic system of the Lokotrack.

Water spraying system Included

For binding dust particles at the crusher cavity, under the crusher and at the discharge end of main conveyor.

Remote radio control Included (US / 458MHz)

Operator can monitor LT main functions with remote control; start and stop feeder, adjust diesel engine rotation speed and move LT forward and reverse.
