2023 Metso Nordtrack J127 Tracked Jaw Crusher

Feeding Unit

• Feeder- pan feeder & scalper (Two-stage feeder with screen mesh below the grizzly)

• Grizzly- 75 mm (3”)

• Screen deck media- steel cloth 35mm (1 3/8”) (Screen mesh under the grizzly section for by-passing materia)l

• Feed hopper- standard

• Side conveyor- (Belt conveyor for transporting the fine material to the side of the Nordtrack)

Crusher

• Crusher- primary jaw crusher with bolted and pinned construction

• Jaw profile- Superteeth (Designed to crush efficiently on gravel and quarry applications. The rounded teeth (50 mm corrugated) accepts fines better than flat teeth)t

• Setting adjustment- hydraulic setting adjustment

• Belt protection plate- (Below the crusher plate is mounted to guide the crushed recycling material together with steel parts onto the main conveyor and to protect the belt conveyor)

Power Unit

• Diesel engine- CAT C9.3B

• Emission class- Tier 4F

Main Conveyor

• Dust encapsulation

• Magnetic separator (Twin pole magnet separator to remove metallic particles from the main conveyor)

Optional Equipment Included

• Dust suppression, water spray (For binding dust particles under the crusher and at the discharge end of main conveyor)-Includes water pump

• Working lights

• Remote control for tracking (Enables the remote control of following function: moving forward/reverse (tracks). Can also be paired with cord)
