2011 INERTIA, 4048 FRAP Aggregate Equipment - Crusher, CHASSISThe chassis is constructed with W24 x 62 pound I-beam main frame rails. It has a heavy duty impactormount with both weld in and bolt on wear liners. Four 24 stroke hydraulic legs with 12volt pump are usedto raise and level the plant for operation. The plant comes equipped with king pin and a heavy duty tripleaxle suspension with 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, lights, and mud flaps.FEEDERThe feeder is an Inertia 48 x 16 vibrating grizzly consisting of heavy channel and plate construction andhas ½ weld in floor and side liners. The feeder uses two Invicta BL 50-57 vibrating motors along with aslight decline in angle to feed the impactor.HOPPERThe hopper is removable and is 8 wide x 17 long, 7 cubic yards non-heaping. It is constructed of 5/8 plate and a feedbox with heavy-duty chain curtain to prevent material blow back from impactor.IMPACTORThe impactor is an Inertia 4048 HSI (40 diameter x 48 wide) single rotor impact crusher withsectionalized frame construction of both welded and bolted heavy plate steel. It has replaceable frameliners of HARDOX-400 material with a wear resistant steel rotor and cast replaceable blow bars. Theimpactor has two adjustable breaker plates lined with HARDOX-400 material to control productgraduation and a spring relief system for non-crushable material. It incorporates self-aligning sphericalroller bearings and 4 bolt, split pillow blocks which are protected from dust contamination via a nonrupturablelabyrinth seal. It has four access doors for internal observation, inspection, maintenance, andrepair, and two hydraulic cylinders for opening the impactor hood.SCREENInertia Spec Maker 6 x 18 2-Deck screen with eleven variable speed (0-3600rpm) electric vibrators withadjustable slide counterweight force amplitude settings. The screen has five independent screen panels(6 x6 ) with adjustable speed control via a/c inverters located in the electric enclosure.DELIVERY CONVEYORThe delivery conveyor is 42 x 46 under crusher mounted. It has 5 five inch CEMA B impact idlers andCEMA B five inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12 wing pulley with 2 15/16 pillow block bearings bolted to18 telescoping take-ups. The head pulley is a 16 crowned motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubberlagging that feeds the 6 x 18 2-Deck high frequency screen. The conveyor has a 3ply V-Cleat belt with aflexco belt splice.TOP DECK CROSS CONVEYORThe cross conveyor is 24 x 8 under chute mounted that transfers material to the closed circuit conveyor.It has CEMA B four inch idlers.
